Ted has either turned around or been instrumental in turning around a national retail company with $200 million in revenue, another national retail company with 160 locations, a wholesaler of personal care products and a computer graphics animation company, all of which had suffered sudden and severe financial difficulties as a result of a downturn in their industry or the economy. In each situation the company regained profitability as a direct result of his efforts.
- Financial consulting for operational efficiency, cost reduction and organizational effectiveness. Ted has experience in implementation of systems, controls, procedures and execution of cost reduction initiatives that have saved companies tens of millions of dollars without affecting their business strategy.
